This policy explains how to change or cancel subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy purchases, where these options are offered by Creaselle.

The price, payment schedule, and any specific conditions will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries and charges for the products and quantities selected at checkout.

Unless a different schedule is stated at checkout, subscriptions renew every month. Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider and charged according to your subscription terms.

Your subscription confirmation will include your selected products, recurring price, delivery frequency, next billing date, and instructions for managing or cancelling your subscription.

You can request changes or cancel at any time by emailing info@creaselle.com. Where available, you can also use the subscription management link in your confirmation email.

To prevent the next scheduled charge, submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Requests received after this deadline may take effect from the following billing cycle if the upcoming payment has already been processed.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund orders already processed. Please refer to our Return Policy for return eligibility and refund information.

Pre-orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it becomes available for dispatch.

The product page or checkout will explain the expected dispatch timing and whether payment is collected in full, as a deposit, or at a later date. Where you authorize a later payment, your payment method may be stored securely and charged according to the terms disclosed at checkout.

To request cancellation before dispatch, email info@creaselle.com with your order number. If your pre-order is cancelled before dispatch, we will refund any payment collected for the cancelled items.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot stop shipment. Please refer to our Return Policy for the next steps.

Try Before You Buy

Where a try-before-you-buy option is available, the product page or checkout will explain the trial period, payment authorization, applicable charges, and return requirements.

We may place an authorization on your payment method before dispatching your order. If you keep the product or do not complete the required return steps within the stated trial period, your payment method will be charged the amount disclosed at checkout.

Any trial-specific return terms presented before purchase apply to that offer, including any expressly permitted use during the trial.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not restrict any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that apply under mandatory law.
